Courtyard by Marriott Louisville East

Nice Marriott property l in a good area. Stayed here 2 years in a row for business. The hotel quality was very good. Rooms were reasonably sized but comfortable. In summary, I liked the property. I would be happy to stay here again if in the area.

This hotel is the best. Stayed for 3 nights every thing was perfect. Also stop in to the bistro in the lobby and talk with Matt he makes the best wings in the louisville area. We ate supper 2 nights in the bistro because it was so good. This will be the hotel I stay at in the future. THANKS

Staff was absolutely amazing! They were super accommodating to late checkout. We ended up checking in only at 3am and they offered a free late checkout for noon instead of 11am so we can sleep a bit. Rooms were super clean, when you walked into the hotel it smelled like cleaning products. The rooms are a bit out of date but it’s not that bad.

I believe the hotel has just gone through a make-over. Everything looked new. Our stay was nice. Rooms were clean. We stayed one night, with no problems.

I stayed here for a few days on a work trip, first time in Kentucky. My flight was delayed and I ended up arriving close to midnight. Mason checked me in quickly and even switched my room to one that was quieter. I had a few questions throughout my stay and usually ran into Mason when I went to the front desk. I really appreciate the excellent customer service Mason consistently provided. The room itself was a little nicer than I expected. The desk in the room was very helpful as I had to work from the hotel a few times during my stay. The bed was comfortable. I didn't see any USB ports, but I always use a plug anyway. I tried the Bistro one night, it was just okay. I'd have better options at the fast food spots nearby. The front entrance is being renovated and I found the redirection sign difficult to spot when I arrived at night. Overall, it was a nice stay for a work trip.

Wonderful place to stay. My daughter and her basketball team stayed here for a weekend long tournament that they had. Although there was a wild discrepancy the third-party customer service portion, the staff and the front desk personnel where outstanding and kind. The rooms were clean, only slightly out of date, but not as out of date as those who have exaggerated on this review thread. The lobby was fantastic and the team had lots of places to sit together and watch TV or go to the pool. Incredible experience for the ladies.

It’s nice to have a sofa bed The swimming pool is also outdoor. It‘s good for summer. On Friday, I was uncomfortable because of the boys playing ball, but on Saturday, I was swimming quietly and comfortably.
